People are coming to adopt a scoby. I made photos of all the scobys and do intakes, explaining what they need and answering questions about specific wishes people have. There are 40 jars that will all produce 1 liter of kombucha in 10 days. The adoptive parents don't have to do anything, the scobys don't need to be fed, they like to stay away from direct sunlight, they don't like movement (it will disturb the new scoby that is growing on the surface) and the temperature needs to be between 16 and 30 degrees, preferably between 20 and 25. Some people just want one to keep on their desk, as company, inspiration source, living decoration, some people have ideas to research sound, movement, how they grow, what they taste like. I start giving workshop about making kombucha and other things a scoby can be used for.
